Watching tmac is still frustrating. He didn’t have the work ethic of the guys comparable to him(kobe, Lebron, etc). Wasn’t hungry to win like pierce when he finally got help at the end of his career. Tmac was a more talented player. Kobe was a more determined player. Couldn’t say it back then but if I had to choose I would’ve taken kobe over tmac. When kobe was threatening to leave La, morey should’ve picked up the phone.

Tmac had unfortunate circumstances. I can't conclude he has no work ethic when he's mastered the game the way he has. This Is why stars are forming super teams to avoid being looked at the way you are looking at Tmac.

Sidenote its crazy seeing Tmac next to Jalen who realistically is meant to be a big guard or small forward and see how visibly taller he is.

I was watching the video earlier and the difference in fluidity, footwork. Even small nuances like how Tmac protects the ball with his shoulder and body..which Kobe does as well.. How he protects the ball on his gather..when initiating the move. I think his moves won't translate unless he goes back and sees the nuances.

T-Mac's "heart" has always been in question.

You don't remember the OWNER of the Magic calling T-Mac out after he complained about Kobe's defense in a game? T-Mac said they need to send the game film to the league offense, 'cause Kobe was D'ing Mac up like a crazed animal. The owner came back on some with some variation of, 'Instead of complaining, maybe you should be more like Kobe."

Mac was supremely talented, but I don't think it was his natural nature to be a 'world-beater'. shyt, by his own admission, he thought Kobe was crazy.

brown is very robotic.. i dont think he picked the right trainer.. he should have picked someone who can work his strength T.mac kept doing smooth shyt..and jaylen still looked blunt.

Carmelo would be a great teacher for him. But I understand getting Tracy though. Because he is a bigger guard/small forward and Jaylen can learn alot from T-Mac and learn some moves

Lebron and Dominique Wilkins are very robotic, so it isn't the end all be all to be a potent scorer
