Its just who he is. We keep wanting him to be something he clearly doesnt want to be. He said his idol is kobe, but him and kobe play nothing alike. Dude is 6'10 with crazy athleticism and he looks out of wack doing anything besides step back 3s and wide open lanes leading to dunks.

The problem is the bolded isn’t true and he’s yet to realize it and adjust accordingly. With quicker feet, more explosiveness, and a tighter handle he’d be able to live out his dreams of being a T-Mac/Steph/Trae hybrid. Instead he’s a streaky shooter with questionable shot selection and predetermined dribble combinations
