Tatum and jaylen brown need to lock in with some vets and up their game.
They are way too inconsistent
It's 99% mental with Tatum at least. That last drive he had he looked scared.
Brown is probably hurt, he has an excuse maybe.

Those bone bruises are no joke. Especially in a knee. His shot has zero lift on itIt's 99% mental with Tatum at least. That last drive he had he looked scared.

i can see the similarities but i will say PG is a lil more shifter
That's my thing with him too.… he just is so programmed at times... Especially in the playoffs you rarely see that creativity and spontaneityGreat player
Too robotic
I straight up think he's not quick and explosive enough to be used like he is.He way more shiftier....Tatum too stiff no homo. I hate his game
Pretty good analysis. He had a great handle but Kd at his peak and even sometimes now, the separation he got so easily with dribble is crazy for his size. Tatum ain’t on that level. Flashes but he can’t rely on it late.I straight up think he's not quick and explosive enough to be used like he is.
Some of it is him being too tall (almost 6'10") and upright...but prime KD was quicker at 7 feet. He just wasn't blessed with those freakish traits. His handle is also very stiff and rigid, so he can't get a step on a defender with his dribble like KD can still do, even in his washed state.
Tatum should really focus on his post game more and become less an ISO wing trying to break people down on the perimeter and more a long, sneaky strong PF who does damage in the post and can still hit the 3.
