He's talking about Frank Jackson, whom some say may commit to us this summer.

Jackson seems a bit redundant to Ingram and Tatum position wise, im sure they could make it work but you'd think he goes somewhere else to be the #1 option

Smith is amazing, I like his game a lot but you wonder if hes blocked by Thornton who looks like a 2-3 year kid. K loves him tho, and they are still after Battle

Duke's getting Jackson and he has nothing to do with Tatum or Ingram. First off, Ingram is one and done. Secondly, he's talking about Frank Jackson, the combo guard outta Utah. K likes Jackson better than Smith.

Thornton is two years...at best.

Battle is no longer being recruited by Duke.

They're getting Giles and Frank Jackson the point guard. Josh Jackson is looking like a Kansas commit. Smith Jr is going to NC State. He's on an adidas AAU team and they're pushing him there.

Either way, Duke is almost certain to have the #1 class for 2016. Jeff Capel has them rolling recruiting wise. I'd have to think he's the favorite right now to take over for Coach K whenever he retires.

Yea, dude has been to multiple HS's and has been on like 3 AAU teams during his HS years, his pops is a "all in the video" type nikka based on all of the comments I have read from him. Given what Mich has shown in player development since Beilein has taken over you gotta be silly to reneg on that commitment in favor of Syracuse.

Eh, I guess we can go with the term "lead guard", more of a scorer than distributor, he's played with the ball in his hands a ton this spring/summer. The whole "pure PG" model is a bit outdated.

In regards to Tatum. He's gonna be a star at Duke. K is putting a lot of high level talent in the league.
