Jean Grae needs to let go of the hopes she'll blow up

Sounds bad to say but her delivery and beat selection are incredibly weak and have gotten weaker as of late. Lyrically shes top tier but we all know it takes more than that to make it. Reason I thought about it was because of that song she dropped yesterday which was really underwhelming I see her album date got pushed back indefinantly as far as I know. With the new era of talent entering into hip hop theirs no need to defend mediocrety
especially when we all know she could be doing better

Truthfully I don't think she gives a sh*t. She goes to Europe and makes some decent bank and I assume she's good. Some Indy artists simply don't mind making $75-100K a year doing appearances, shows here are there and doing a couple stints in Europe (that seem to still be paying the late 90s Underground Kings quite well).
