He's a top 10 pick and teh first rb off the board.

40 means nothing anyways

  • 1st: Chris Johnson (RB, East Carolina) - 4.24 seconds (2008)
  • 2nd: Dri Archer (RB, Kent State) - 4.26 seconds (2014)
  • 3rd: Keith Marshall (RB, Georgia) - 4.31 seconds
  • 4th: De'Von Achane (RB, Texas A&M) - 4.32 seconds
  • 5th: Isaac Guerendo (RB, Louisville) and Darren McFadden (RB, Arkansas) - 4.33 seconds
  • 6th: Onterio McCalebb (RB, Auburn) - 4.34 seconds
Outside of Chris Johnson the rest of these dudes did nothing
McFadden just couldn't stay healthy, otherwise he was good

Even Trent Richardson a 40
Not worried about the 40 with a guy who runs between the tackles.

Who the fukk is thinking about this right now and who the fukk wants to talk to you about it? You didn't even try to make this topic compelling. Just stop making threads, it's been like 15 years and you're shyttier at it every thread and every day than the last. Damn I wish you lost all internet privileges forever by law.

RB is the most delusional position in sports. Dudes are OFFENDED if you question Jeanty

The position is dominated by guys not drafted in the first round. JT, Breece, Achane, Bucky, Kamara, Ken walker….We have years of evidence to show there is a 95% that your highly drafted RB is not going to recoup value yet teams fall for college hype. Even Saquon didn’t work bc RB is highly reliant on line and scheme.

So yea the 40 is noteworthy bc the only way I’d entertain the risk if it’s a freak generational athlete. Gibbs had WR hands and ran 4.36. Mccafrey WR in a RB body plus elite agility. Saquon 4.4 at 230 pounds. What even is Jeanty’s calling card?!

Leonard Fournette comes to mind. His pro comp was BO JACKSON :snoop: Then he ran a 4.5. Good for his size but poured water on the hype. And it turned out to be prophetic. Jeanty ain’t running bc he don’t wanna be exposed

McFadden wouldve been good with a different organization

That’s a little more on field tho

Why does a RB’s 40 time matter if he’s proven he got home run speed on field

I like that some these guys are taking agency in their careers
Saquan and AP was basically 220+ lbs and 4.3-4.4 guys . If u runnin a 4.7 or something like that, u probably wont be special

Naw, we can’t constantly say that vertical, 40’, broad jump and other shyt in the combine don’t matter but then turnaround say it does when a player doesn’t perform in the NFL.

Also he may very well be a bust but since when have we determined that a player doesnt have the pop after only 2 games.

Unless the rb has legit receiving skills, it's pretty risky for shytty teams to draft a rb high nowadays

Next thing you see they are down two scores and have to throw the ball and now your high draft pick is off the field on a crucial third down.
