he might be hypocritcal, but hes not wrong :yeshrug:

its just a tough question:yeshrug:

would you rather have your kid look up to a drug dealer or an addict? :jbhmm:

if those are your only two choices in a hypothetical, which do you choose?:picard:

obv the correct answer is 'neither, raise your kids better than that', but thats not a choice in this hypothetical
If this is a thought experiment and I literally have NO other choice, I'm obviously going to choose for my kid to be the dealer. Now the end result of both sides of the dope game if you don't stop selling or get clean is some form of an institution or the morgue.

As a dealer you would likely have longer, and I can only speak from the junkie side of things, but it's hell. It's no way to live. I never wanted to kill myself, but every single day I thought it would be easier on myself and everyone I loved if I just vanished.

Tough call. I imagine being a dealer and having to dodge cops, rival dealers, and make sure you don't lose money, keeping yourself safe, etc....I'm sure all of that is stressful as fukk. So that's probably not fun either. I sold coke for like 3-4 weeks to support my opiate habit, got robbed, and went :hubie: not for me.

shytty choices, breh.

:damn:

These dudes who promote lean and pills as if it’s cool don’t talk about the downfalls of it. They don’t tell you how it’ll fukk you up.

Yes Jeezy rapped about selling drugs but he also rapper about the consequences of selling drugs. He rapped about how he did fukked up chit and how he was fukked up for doing it.

Jeezy has gotten older.. natural progression. Time for him to sound like the old head. Hypocritical or not.. he right

But he's saying it while wearing a snowman pendent and jacket patch though.

These rap nikkas ain't get on this "grown man" conscious shyt until it became the cool thing to do.

Didn't Jeezy talk about sipping lean in his music too?

I know he never called any of his peers out for it.

I understand getting older and becoming more conscious/responsible.

But this is the nikka that took frosty the snow man from the kids and turned it into a drug reference :mjlol:

Bullshyt....

I've been a Jeezy fan before he even put out Trap or die

Jeezy's theme has always been

Trapping ain't dead ...n1ggaz just scared..

Basically a GO HARD or GO HOME work ethic when it comes to selling DOPE
.

remember this is the same guy whom said

LETS GET IT!!!

You would be hard pressed to find another rapper with so many PRO COKE SELLING THEMES than JEEZY

As one poster once said...

"Jeezy makes selling dope sound fun!"

:dead:

To be honest Jeezy is just in OG mode right now just like myself and can't relate to this pill syrup era we in....

It's not meant for us to relate to it anyway
:manny:

Gucci has no problem cause not only he indulged heavily in those opiates and lean but he promoted it in his music and the artists as well

I remember when I had my radio show... and Gucci releaaed "Pillz (rolling)" I knew the game done changed because that became like the anthem for the junkies

It's hypocritical, but there is a difference in glorifying drug selling versus glorifying drug use. :yeshrug:
And just to add to this we're in a different time, I never thought we'd see.

We're glorifying the drug user, where it used to be glorifying the dealer. This follows an era where we glorified the trick where we used to glorify the pimp. Odd times.
