Ya'll being dense if you don't think him having an AK in the house doesn't paint him in a bad light in court.
It's 100% legal to have one :what: if he was a white redneck no one would have an issue, this just reeks of "scary black man" racism :camby:

For all you know he was moving it to a more secure place or going to clean it

She claims daughter found his ak unsecured at home

Jeannie Mai claimed her 2-year-old daughter, Monaco, found estranged husband Jeezy’s “unsecured” assault rifle in their home.

According to court documents, the “Put On” rapper — born Jay Jenkins — “irresponsibly hides dangerous firearms throughout his home which are easily accessible and obviously dangerous to a two-year-old child.”

“During the time that the parties’ resided together, both in Los Angeles, California and in Atlanta, Georgia, [Jeezy] would frequently walk around the house carrying an AK-47,” Mai alleged in the docs, which were filed Thursday and obtained by Page

yeah there are other pics and behind every pic there is testimonies. exhibits don't exist in a vaccuum.
but i don't think it's fatal, all he has to say is that he will do better with the gun safety.
but rather than "assume"... it's best to wait til everything is heard in court :yeshrug:

edit: other pics and related testimonies

This one does look bad

I keep my rifles in a gun locker, and have and handgun locked in the nightstand. I might walk around the house with them if i'm bringing from one place to another, but i've never just left it on the floor
