42 Murders "Put The Minks Down", no one does that street shyt like 42 at the moment, I don't even like listening that much, because it puts me in that mindset, that Beanie Sigel, self destructive, violence and drugs feeling.
How Deep is fire to me, I've heard all those stories from Jeezy before but it's classic, and class retrospective, which is some of my favorite rap, always, but especially in my 30's. And how can you not love that sample? Such an iconic song, and part of rap music.
I listen to music differently, streaming is different, albums are different, if I get 4/5 great tracks, I am good. I don't expect artists who have been in the game since I was 18 to put put flawless classics this late in their career. It's along way from cutting open cd cases plastic, and paying $22 for album, or 9.99$ in the Target era.
