At the most he's going to give away 10 Billion (and thats doubtful) of his 150 billion net worth.
Imagine if you made $150k and you had to give your spouse 10k to be out of your hair FOR LIFE. Its probably the way hes looking at it. I wouldnt be suprised if they had pre negotiated an agreement before releasing the statement.
Its not really a bad trade off. Just and fair? No. But thats one of the "problems" of being a billionaire.
