Supposedly Epstein would use his plane for humanitarian work and that's how some famous people ended on his plane.

I don't think everyone who flew on the plane guilty. Usually how criminals use legit work as a way to cover up criminal activity. So folks could associate with a criminal on the legit work side while having no idea that the person is a criminal. It happens all the time with folks in organized crime. People would do business or visit establishments that a monster has. While having no idea the mobster is using the legal business to cover up illegal criminal activity.
