shut down, no. atl owned the panthers during the Vick years.
but Peppers was hell in our backfield and always made it a challenge. Vick was still in his prime though.Peppers was one of the first DEs drafted asa mobile QB stopper...now its like the prototype just like every Qb has to have some mobility now
