As a Titans fan, I think Jeff and Vince were doomed to fail since Fisher didn't even want to draft him in the first place, but VY definitely didn't help his own case with off the field stuff and just simply not being a great QB.

Steve McNair and Fisher's relationship was just fine from what I could see.

And the Rams still are not close to being in the playoffs, Fisher hasn't finished the season with a winning record since 2008, and their QB situation is just as much of a mess as ours is. He needs to shut the fukk up.
