Jeff Fisher's agent is Marvin Demoff.
Marvin's Demoff's son is Kevin Demoff, the VP of operations & COO of the Rams.
They're done with him after these next 2, unless something extreme happens next year. I think they just want to give Goff 2-3 full seasons under one staff before they go & switch it all up.
From what it sounds like out here, they're more concerned about marketing/branding here in L.A. before the Chargers come than they are about winning right now.
