If he isn't all in the promos, all in the matches, strutting, it might be a good thing. Correct me if I'm wrong, but wasn't he out of power when they had their big name signings?

He didn't lose power until Hogan & Bischoff came in but he really didn't have a hand in signing the big talent at that point. That was mostly Spike. He was the one bringing in all the great unknown workers at the time before they became stars.

Once Jarrett realized nobody wanted to see him as the main guy/world champ in TNA he was really cool in the role he was playing.
Nobody wants to see Jarrett wrestle but Jarrett and Dutch are pretty good when it comes to creative/booking.
And as long as Dixie is out of any role where she has a say in what happens in TNA I am good.
Tonight's live show should be interesting.

The return of Jarrett makes him something of a Steve Jobs figure within TNA as like Jobs, Jarrett was forced out/walked away from something he created, only for that same entity to reach out seeking his assistance in righting it. Anthem reached out to Jarrett last month and held a number of meetings with him as they did their due diligence prior to officially announcing they had acquired Impact Wrestling yesterday.
