Once I checked in it jumped my podcast power rankings and is pretty much the only basketball podcast I listen to consistently, regardless of if there's a guest I like or not. Straight nikka shyt and they give a lot of love to the Midwest hoop scene without being being as Chicago centric as Q and D Miles (still fukk wit Chicago though). Plus Teague like the anti Stack Jack. He don't gotta be super nikka in every story and will shyt on himself for the sake of the story being great.

Loved this episode with Jordan Crawford. Them talking about The Family AAU team , Malik Hairston and Joe Crawford the whole Detroit scene. That was my HS era right there. Episode had me reminiscing and laughing my ass off

Loved this episode with Jordan Crawford. Them talking about The Family AAU team , Malik Hairston and Joe Crawford the whole Detroit scene. That was my HS era right there. Episode had me reminiscing and laughing my ass off

Yeah, I was at Ren right before Joe and Malik and all them nikkas Coach White was bringing in had them going crazy. When Rickey Paulding was balling. That DPSL scene from mid 90's to mid 00's was all live as hell. I remember being at Breslin when Ren played Neitzel and that Grand Rapids squad in the semi's at State and Joe banged out off a drop step to start the game to shut all them white folks up. Neitzel still went nuts though. And the city's at Cobo was always hype as fukk. I was heavily tapped into the hoop scene back in them days.

I remember in HS I used to work on my game at WSSU and Wake players in the offseason or summers used to come up there to ball. I’d see them hollering at chicks too.

Then later when I was at A&T and occasionally come home, I remember a few times Wake and WSSU had like joint parties.

But when this nicca brought up the N club!!!

That was in Gboro…. It’s crazy they went there!!! Lol I got stories for days about that spot
