Well I looked into this looks like the truth is even stranger

The real story-

Bill gates caught an std from one of Epstein’s girls

He starts freaking out at a dinner where his wife is there ( guess bill was dipping out behind her back)

He starts PRESSING epstien in the kitchen

Telling him he is on the std pills because of his girl and wants epstien to crush up the pills and put it in his wife’s dinner so she doesn’t catch the std and figure out he was cheating
