Destroying evidence in a criminal case that high profile is an insane amount of jail time.

It was also used as evidence so there's multiple copies of everything. Epstein's lawyers have copies thanks to discovery and I'm sure there are more copies floating around

In some timeline I’m sure that’s true. I do agree with others that more likely scenario is foul play is afoot.

However I am reassured by the fact there is no one remotely competent involved in this so I fully expect for the coverup to be mishandled and/or eventually for it to be leaked.
