Don’t tell me about LA. I been here for over 5 years and I know very well how the system works. The homeless people do get help and when they come to our hospitals, they do let us know they have better insurance than we do. They have several other programs and shelters but most of them refuse to commit due to the restrictions and the requirements of sobriety.
