Thats nonsense. Only black folks place requirements on where you have to live in order to be for them. Some folks like the country or the burbs or want a particular house. You talking about Chicago but you ignore or are ignorant of the fact that black folks in Chicago were harassed and beaten just for exercising their right to live wherever the hell they wanted.
