Rep for anybody that has a recipe that tastes like the restaurants do. Tried to make some and it was

Get your hands on some pimento seeds and smoke in a grill. It makes it so that the entire chicken is jerk and tastes way better. If you cook it in a oven or with charcoal grill its not gonna be the same at all.

I meant pimento seeds I changed it but yeah mix it with onions, scallion, thyme, scotch bonnet pepper, and soy sauce. Two days before smoking and I mean smoking not cooking with fire. You want to use as much smoke as possible.
