I get all that but no way is this his most important album. That time has come and gone. Vol 2 was probably his most important album because that launched him to superstardom. These days rap fans know he's Jordan on the Wizards, Kobe post 2012. But we're still interested because maybe we'll see flashes of that old greatness--maybe Jay will pin someone's shyt against the glass for a game-saving block or maybe he'll go for 60 in a swan song. But ultimately we all know this is a different guy in a different part of his career so it's not fair to have our expectations exceed his ability or motivation at this point.

It Might Be Done seems like the concept/experimental album Young Guru hinted at years ago. He said Jay Z had a concept so dope, but simple that it would have everybody like "why didn't I think of that". Makes sense to me. If this news is true, the "It" from the title will be speculated that he's referring to his marriage to Beyoncé.
