It means stop being disappointed when athletes give opinions that you dont agree with and stop looking for athletes to give opinions that you do agree with. Athletes and entertainers, instead of politicians and businessman have been thrust in supposed leadership positions in the African-American community, when these people should be an after thought.
You even had people on this site demanding LeBron James not play after Tamir Rice was murdered instead of demanding justice from the local city alderman and councilman whose salaries are paid for by their tax dollars. The athlete hero worship must come to an end in the black community.
