Yea he was mad that NBC pulled a few episodes including one that had to do with a mass shooting. Plus he was worn out from all the work he had to do and felt unappreciated by the network because they kept fukking with the episode orders

I really miss that show man, great cast and great topics. I like him better as a show runner than an actor to be honest, I also enjoy his stand ups too. I think the whole "coming out" thing hurt only because he seems on the fence about about it, he said he kissed man but never really said he gay.
