this battle was dope

I got EK winning this 3-0. His style is a more polished and he had a lot of more refined punchlines. JW is dope but the WGH style grates on me after a while.

Damn, surprised that you giving him the straight 3-0. It took me most of the battle to even think about the WGH cadence, but Wess didn't seem nearly as forced as many of them. Def not saying EK was wack, but he has some dry spots where he obviously thought he was delivering a haymaker where I was just like

3-0 is a deceiving score because I've got EK barely edging each round. The closest round was the 2nd because JW was going off but his punches so direct that I don't need to listen to it again. EK had some lines that were cold because it forced me to think a split second longer after the punch.

The Hitman/Showout call and response bar was trash though, I almost gave JW the round just because that fell so flat. That was up there with Yung Ill's 'fart around'.

Emerson 3-0. His content was just too much for those ABC punches. Jerry had a few clever bars in there but nothing close to the real life punches EK brought. Only the first is debatable for me.

Between EK, Cali Smoov, Nitty, and B DOT, the West low key has a squad. Too bad URL West will fukk it up.
