This to me, is one of the most classic albums ever and that put the East back on the map during the Death Row era.

He kinda got himself blackballed after Wrath of Math but this album can go toe to toe with any album from 1994. Yes even Illmatic

lightning in a bottle. they both went full retard on this album and everything worked. wrath of the math had too many forced moments

Playin Yourself is classic but yeah there's a lot of really mediocre songs on WOM.

The Sun Rises is classic from front to back

I always say that Illmatic got all the props that this album should have received instead. Its just that ru was a little too positive for the climate at the time. fukk Nas.

Jeru was neck and neck if not I say a notch up higher then BIG in the streets in 94

He was. I remember I had to convince a couple of my friends Biggie was that nikka. By 1995 Biggie ran everything, but 1993-1994 it was Buckshot, Nas and Jeru and still Kool G.

Word! When Come Clean dropped, it was like equivalent to when Meek dropped I'm A Boss.

overrated album, has two good songs on it and a bunch of filler. The beats sound cheap as fukk.
