Jess will be replaced. She has no tact doesn't understand business. She ain't savvy at all.

Again, no one appreciates the educated, calm chick until they replace her with a chick like this.


Again, no knock to Jess, but she isn’t build for normal workplace tension/drama. None of this should’ve played out on social media. This is ghetto as hell and why some Black folks keep their distance when some Black folks join the team. No one wants any association with someone who behaves like this in the workplace.
