I remember when I first saw Paul Roma..he was part of this new tag team called the Young Guns during the VERY first Royal Rumble that came on USA instead of PPV or anything like that. They wrestled this LONG ass 2/3 Falls match and he sold that damn leg injury like he got shot in his leg in the middle of a gun battle in WW 2. It was hilarious.
That's it...I'm thinking of the damn tag team today. The Stallions....yeah...you could lose clean back then as a face. The finishers were PUT OVER..Hogan and Warrior were the only ones kicking out of people's finishers. Sting stayed down for Vader. The heel tag teams won clean. People STAYED DOWN for the Million Dollar Dream and the Rude Awakening..I don't recall ever seeing anyone kick out of the Rude Awakening as a kid. That and Jake's DDT...never. I never saw it. The Hart Foundation had Two Finishers..the clotheline thing with Bret as Advil held the dude and the other one that was like Demolition's. Put them on the knee and drop the elbow on the chest. That all paled in comparison to the LOD Doomsday Device though.

but warlord ran with them. they were all managed by slick.
