Im always confused by so called Islam, esp since the shahada is in direct conflict with Christianity.

we believe in one God, undivided and unpartnered in any direct or complex union with any other entity or being. And we believe that Muhammad is his final messenger.

With regards to Jesus, he eminates from a word from Allah meaning Kun Fayakun or be and it is..it means that his conception was immaculate (Edit: I was referring to the virgin birth), and he is the result of the direct word of God (as Adam was) rather than the standard form that all of us had to go through.

He is supported by the Pure Spirit, which most see as being Gabriel aka the Angel of the Lord.
In Islam, The Pure Spirit and Jesus are not elements of God..rather they are created entities with honor before God. +

Cool. Show my evidence of the immaculate conception and virgin birth outside the New Testament, or the mention of it in Prophecy in the OT

With regards to the prophecies (multiple) of muhammad from the bible..the follwing video should suffice after the 42 minute mark..whether you think it applies to him or not given the context the speaker provides, you are in a better position to judge.



I dont see a need to show proof of the immaculate conception (edit: I meant the virgin birth). that is something that both the new testament and the Qur'an agree upon.

The problem you have is the Torah has no concept of original sin, so how could Mary or her son Jesus believe in any concept. shyt would have been unacceptable to them. And thus Mary was already sinless (no need for an immaculate conception), and Jesus had no reason to die other than being a rebel rabbi. Which means regardless of what you believe, even if Jesus had been born, he was not put to death for the sins of humanity.
