It's a historical fact that there was a guy named Jesus and he was religious leader of a sect of Jews and he was baptized by John the Baptist and then crucified by the Romans...on the orders of Pontius Pilate

Every historian of the Bible...agrees on that.

You can look at the work of Bart D. Ehrman, John Dominic Crosan, Joseph Hoffman, Gerd Ludeman, Michael Grant, Ed Parish Sanderes....all serious scholars of the Bible with Ph.Ds...that aren't necessarily Christians...and they all think he existed...

He was a messenger of God according to Muslims. He was not crucified, it was made to seem that way to the onlookers. God took him to the heavens (think of it as a different dimension) and he will return before the end times to settle this matter once and for all

People started referring to him as "God" long after he was gone.

It's interesting that the person of Jesus is the biggest point of disagreement between all the Abrahamic religions. Jews reject and even curse him and his mother, Christians (most) worship him, Muslims view him as a messenger of God.

Incidentally, many early Christian sects viewed him as a Prophet of God as well until they got strong armed by the Romans

Is science the only valid source of Truth? If so, can you prove that claim scientifically?

If you want to argue for a historical Jesus (or anything for that matter), don't make untrue claims like "Every historian of the Bible...agrees on that." because there's many biblical scholars who don't think there was and it invalidates your argument.

But people who believe in Jesus tend to exaggerate a lot of their beliefs anyways, so.

Science is not a source but rather a method.

Until another method can produce similar or better repeatability and predictability...I'll stick with science.
