I remember there were 2 games that were reminiscent of Jet Set Radio. One was called FreeJack. Can't remember the other one.

Edit: FreeJack was a parkour version...

You could go online the dreamcast web browser, go to any site you want and save a pic on your system. Then in game you could use your saved pics as what u tagged on the walls.
