The One made me realize Jet could have been a great Vegeta in a live action DBZ film since they just HAD to do one...Im talkin Ruthless saiyan saga Vegeta. Because dude was ruthless in the One. I had missed out on him the villian in Lethal Weapon 4 so The One was the 1st bad guy role I saw from him. Heel Jet Li is dope.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
It doesn't take 8 months to shoot those kicks and punches

They wanted more
exactly.. and they'd own all the digital too. they could use that digital footage however and for whoever, forever.. and never have to pay this man another cent

and if they was all on the up and up, they could have set the same filming schedule, but only asked for the rights to it for those 2 movies only.. .but they'd rather go get a whole nother guy instead of doing that.... i wonder why

Above the fray.
Jackie Chan was the top action star in the WORLD, before he made a hit movie for American audiences.
I have to figure that Jet Li was a HUGE superstar across the world before he appeared in any American film.

These guys have made tens of millions of dollars, Hollywood didn't make them and can't break them. Good for him that he didn't fall for the okeydoke so that somebody else's family eats off of him forever.

Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon star Chow Yun-fat has big plans for his massive fortune.

The Chinese actor, 63, told Hong Kong movie site Jayne Stars in an interview last week that he planned on donating his $714 million fortune to charity.

My dream is to be a happy and normal person,” he told the outlet. “The hardest thing in life is not about how much money you earn, but how to keep a peaceful mindset and live the rest of your life in a simple and carefree manner.”

Chow previously claimed to the outlet that he only spent about $102 a month on himself. He was accustomed to using the same Nokia phone for over 17 years until he finally got a smartphone two years ago — but only because his Nokia stopped working, according to the outlet.

The actor has also been spotted shopping at discount stores.

“I don’t wear clothes for other people,” he told Jayne Stars. “As long as I think it’s comfortable, then it’s good enough for me.”

When it comes to his reason for giving away his amassed fortune, Chow said, “The money’s not mine. I’m only keeping it safe for the time being.”

In China, Chow is known for his work in John Woo films like A Better Tomorrow, The Killer and Hard Boiled.

American audiences might know him best as Li Mu Bai in Ang Lee’s 2000 film Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon in which he starred opposite Michelle Yeoh (Crazy Rich Asians).

The film grossed $213.5 million in the box office and was nominated for 10 Oscars, of which it won four, including for Best Foreign Language Film.

U think fortnite uses those dances without tying lose ends?
100% they do.
A company that big knows people don’t have the resources to lawyer up and even if they did it’s nothing to have a low ball settlement and keep it moving.
You think the milly rock was ever protected as an IP? I’m sure it hasn’t, and I’m sure Epic games knows that it would be an easy battle to win in court.
Bottom line, people need to smarten up and stop letting vultures eat off of their creativity without being compensated for it

the ether
So you can see training day aged Denzel playing young ass wet behind the ear ass Neo :usure:

Even young Denzel would have been a terrible fit, it's not his character. Will Smith would have been a solid choice, he can hit all the character transitions of naivety, awe, seriousness, and supreme confidence.

The fact that people believe this just because someone told them to. :mjlol:
