Jets have to make a change at QB. Zach Wilson should never start another game for that franchise again.

Trevor Siemian isn't the answer. But let's see if he helps.

It'll be interesting to see how much longer the Jets try to salvage their season before deciding it's better to try to get in a position to draft Caleb Williams.

At the very least I thought they should have brought in Matt Ryan for a workout. As a desperate attempt, I could have seen Colt McCoy as a possibility. Because it seems impossible that they would be able to acquire a decent backup like Tyler Huntley or even Mitch Trubisky.

I think they should trade a 5th rounder for Jimmy G :pachaha:

I don’t see why they don’t sign Wentz. He’s not that old and at his peak was a respectable starter. He’s the only white QB under 30 I’ve seen not get a back up job.

He probably wants to start. Wentz just hasn't looked the same since not even the ACL, since he got that concussion in the wild card game. Just hasn't been the same guy. His boy Reich had to go to the Colts owner and apologize for advocating to bring him in.

I believe the Jets reached out to a couple of QBs when Rodgers went down and told them they'd be signing as a backup and Wilson was the starter, they passed on it

Doesn't make sense given that Rodgers will still be under contract. Unless they want to have him in waiting.
Rodgers will be 40 years old, just returning from a torn Achilles. How many years do you think he has left in him? 1, 2 at most? They still need a long term solution at the QB spot.

They do but that’s a lot of draft capital and money to dedicate to the QB position when Rodgers is still there.

If they Jets get the number 1 pick, they gotta draft Caleb Williams.

It’s going to be real apparent how terrible he is when he’s on prime time vs mahomes next week.

Them watching the team rally around money mike white last year then letting him go to the dolphins is typical Jets front office nonsense.

Mahomes really matching up with the two WOATS back to back :dead:

What if Cousins comes in and kills it and throws like 4000 yards and 30TDs which he is completely capable of doing and they idk get to like the AFC Championship game
You don't think that's gonna make things awkward with Aaron?
You think the fanbase is gonna wanna go back to the 40 year old coming off a torn Achilles or the new toy they just had success with?
Ummmm....I'm pretty sure Jets fans would KILL for that scenario. :pachaha: And at that point, I doubt they'd give a shyt about Aaron’s feelings.

Nobody is drafting someone number 1 overall and have them on the bench for 2 years.

The Jets are still in Aaron Rodgers offense.

Zach doesnt have a chance unless Hackett adjusts.

It aint happening. That guy is an idiot
I stand by this shyt, and Nathaniel Hackett actually made the change last weekend. Zach has completely fixed His mechanics and the problem the prior weeks was Nathaniel Hackett still had him running Aaron Rodgers plays.

Last Sunday Hackett called plays for Zach Wilson and it showed. This is why I don’t give a fukk about football discussions in here. shyt is trash.
