IF his QB is Rodgers then he should get an additional 3 year contract after Rodgers retires to prove himself. The ownership hung an albatross on him with that relationship if Aaron can go to Woody whenever he doesn't like something.

It is what it is. Taking a job where you're not in charge and the owner is gonna meddle at every chance they get is just setting yourself up for failure.
