what type of dumb logic is this


both giants & jets - say new york in front of them
nyc is 300 sq miles with damn near 9million people... unfortunately we just don't have the space to house a 75K football stadium


jets went to (2) AFC championship games over the past several seasons
and had the highest rated HBO hard knocks back in 2011
saying they haven't mattered since the mid 90's ; shows you don't know what your talking bout - breh

It's not that there's no space. It's that every time somebody wants something built, it turns into a political thing where elected officials wanna renovate neighborhoods and kick out any one not making 6 figures. That's why the West Side Stadium thing was met with such opposition. Not only did they wanna tie that into an Olympic bid, they wanted to fix the West Side, like that neighborhood is so fukked up they needed fixing.


On top of that, Woody would not wanna pay billions for a stadium on his own dime. Considering other arenas /stadiums here were paid for damn near 100% by the teams , NYC will not pay for it.

2 cousins & a old homie moved out west over a decade ago

all continue to say sports is secondary & i listened to ESPN la 710 (callers are extremely passionate about there lakers other then that nikkaz are casual)





no need to go back n forth on this - i'm not trying to sneak diss - it's just common knowledge that east northern states/cities have a different outlook on pro sports then any part of the country
