You have shown no proof of there being improvement other than your ability to use opposable thumbs and type "improvement"

which statistics am I allowed to use and not allowed to use to demonstrate the improvement? Either way, you're biases toward Geno will never allow you to admit were better off with a vet who can run the system albeit lack of physical tools. Through 4 games we actually have a real functioning offense.

LOL at which stats.

Those overall stats stink and you'd kill Geno if he did the same.

We all know this and this is typical of "certain" Jets fans. This offense is being bailed out by the best scoring defense in the NFL.

If Geno had a positive DVOA and wasnt throwing pick 6's and not taking sacks and we were 3-1 I wouldn't be saying anything. I dont see the upside in putting in a player who's been an abject disaster in real games his first two years. I dont think he has the ability to not hand the other team pick 6's or sack and scores.

I'm just saying I rather have decker than kerley. No need to get up in arms. Kerley dropped like 2 passes remember
I don't.

I also know that I was at the game and he was open frequently but one read Fitz was focused on Brandon.

So you're going to, again, ignore these factors, right?

1. less weapons
2. bad coaching
3. same production

Right?

How am I ignoring these factors? Saying Geno would improve on his biggest flaws based on these two factors is nothing more than speculation. You have no idea if he'd cut down on pick 6's or sacks or the back peddling. And what's more concerning is him jeopardizing that opportunity over 600 bucks.

Breh I'm fukking with you. I get your point with fitz and I see what you're saying. I think we should ride him(no homo) till the wheels fall off. Cuz like u said he doesn't take sacks he makes good decisions with the ball and has no fumbles. But one glaring issue is his accuracy and his noodle arm. We could put up more points if it wasn't for that.

You gotta agree with what everyone else is saying though. With all of genos faults he still hasn't been given a fair chance. Imagine geno in gaileys offense with ivory running the rock and devin smith, decker and marshall as his weapons?!:whoo:

We gon see geno wvu again. Jets dropping bombs left and right:blessed:

We acquired Fitz for basically nothing. I already knew he couldnt throw deep but the trade off is he knows the system and knows when to get rid of the football. How many 3rd and longs have we been in because of a sack? Hardly any....if Ivory is playing that's absolutely crucial.

As far as the "fair chance" we can't get into that. It's pro sports and Geno hasnt exactly put forth the best effort in demonstrating he's deserved a fair chance anyways. The chances of Geno ever turning into a big time QB is slim. This year on the bench will probably help him more than anything.

by finally addressing it in this post after it was asked of you for a minute.

No...we're saying that Geno gave the same Fitz we are seeing now production with less weapons and coaching and you refuse to believe that
1. with better coaching (this staff obviously is)
2. with better weapons (you know this as well)

The chance of "better" production is no no to you because you refuse to add those things to the equation.

Cute.

I wanna see what we can do against Cincinnati, New England before we start making claims

I agree....thing is, Fitz is giving us Geno under Rex and playing with David Nelson and Clyde Gates production while having better coaching and weapons.

Yet we are seeing things and over the top for saying he's holding us back and give the kid a chance. :heh:

I bet every non Jets fan reading this thread is laughing at yall defending two shyt QBs...

shyts like debating whose trash smells worse...The Indian dude next door or the Asians across the street...

this is true, which was why winning those games against the Titans and Dolphins last year was absolutely ridiculous.
