Black people unfortunately can't do that. And that goes for every other type of cac. Nazi Germans were able to come over here after the war and blend in. KGB and other Cold War soldiers were able to come over here and blend in.

We go from slavery, to Jim Crow to inequality to housing projects to prisons. Jews got tattoos during the holocaust but you can get that removed. Black peoples tattoos are our complexion.
