Idk, I had thought the Afrobeats genre was gaining some momentum in the states and he was smart to incorporate it. But it hasn't really hit yet.

Americans are slowly getting used to the sound(we are years behind UK brehs in our exposure to it) ever since One Dance and the recent Wizkid album. It's only a matter of time tho(and not confuse it with dancehall as i've encountered many that assume so).

I still like this tape tho.
