I don't think it will change anything. But it would've been interesting to see if Trump won the popular vote and Hillary won the EC would he concede or ask for a recount. I know the media would shyt on him 100000x and tell him to go away but there seems to be a groundswell of momentum pushing Hillary to ask for a recount.
The only possible outcome of Hillary ever becoming POTOUS is between now and 12/19 if some deep dark allegation against Trump that's criminal that could lead to indictment(rape/child molestation) comes to light, other than that it's over.
But to be fair Trump on many occasions called the EC a joke but he won it so I see the hypocrisy from both camps...

There would be nothing in human history that would set a precedent for the most powerful country on the planet rigging its own democratic election. It would question so many of our elections. There's already serious questions as to how someone like Bush could win 2 in a row.
It might start a new civil war.
What would make it more
