Jim Boeheim to retire in 3 years

Jim Boeheim will retire in three years, Syracuse announced on Wednesday.
The news comes on the same day that athletics director Daryl Gross was reassigned, and 12 days after NCAA sanctions were handed down against the basketball and football programs.

basically main reason is probably so other coaches can't say Boeheim will be gone after this season in recruiting. They just wanna put it out there, Ok Boeheim's almost done, and the assistant head coach is taking over
