He really hates Kenny Omega because he had that stupid match with a little girl & with a blowup doll in Japan. I get what Corny is saying about stupid shyt like that making wrestling look dumb, but at the same time Cornette was having Ninja Turtles fighting in Smokey Mountain

I didn't watch it, but I figured this is what it was.
Cornette I usually agree with, even though he sounds like an a$$hole. But Meltzer be wildin, so fukk both of them.
Cornette was absolutely right about Brock, so he must be right about everyone else.
Match was better than anything the WWE has put out in recent memory.
Most of the match was completely useless, then turned into a spot fest

I just got done watching that match. Loved the last third of the match. That crowd was on fukking fire for the ending.
It was a great match that had some great back and forth action and some awesome spots thrown in. Those two were on another level and you could hear it in the crowd.

That was OG WCW referee Brian Hildebrand in the costume too. I think he tried justifying this by saying it was a comedy match with non-wrestlers but I don't really see how it's any different from the Kenny Omega stuff.
What's the last hyped up non Indy match cornette has even liked?

So he (and a few idiots here) complain that there isn't enough selling in wrestling anymore but then when Omega/Okada sell these devastating moves it's bad because they "laid around selling too much"
Then, they say "oh, they hit every move in the book, one after another" no they really didn't... the big spots were all spaced apart.
Then they say "the match didn't have a story"... Again, that's wrong. Omega worked on Okada's back and neck the entire match trying to set him up for the One wing angel which by the way he never hit.
Then they say "it was spamming finishers" and "finisher kickouts"... First of all, there was only one finisher kickout. Secondly, Omega never hit his finisher.
Also, let's not pretend that every big match in WWE doesn't have spamming/finisher kickouts.
Even AJ/Cena which I loved had finisher kickouts.
