It'll take time to build from here, this team definitely ain't as good as people think to be contenders in 2 years seems real lofty.
Got to give at least an honest 3 maybe 4 years before people want to hit the nuclear switch and call it a failure. Let the coaches who we think know football as well as they do at a high level sort this out. Chargers best Super Bowl odds are playing at home so it'll take some time to build a team that dominates the season.

And nothing was a fluke. You guys have this absurd idea that the 2000s and 2010s is somehow the norm as if the decades before wasn’t the opposite. That’s why it’s a rivalry. Beating someone 3 times in a row isn’t a fluke. It’s called being better. And you’ll burn knowing that the true “fluke” was you guys having two all time great coaches going against Hoke and Rich Rod and that when that shyt switched, so did the rivalry.

He already been successful in the league though. Besides Pete, Jimmy J and Switzer no one been at his level for both
