Def Jam forced the title change on "Untitled" before it came out in 2008. Again, one controversial album title that wasn't even controversial in the end.

Taking inspiration from Marvin Gaye on LIG was not controversial at any point. It's just taking inspiration from one of the GOATs, which was never controversial or difficult to understand.

You literally got no idea what you talking about :mjlol:

But everybody knew what the original title was. I stopped reading right there man. You playing dumb.

You sound silly trying to compare an album rollout to what Jimmy is doing.

What's the difference?

Besides, Jimmy didn't even start this debate.

Nas Stan’s didn’t listen to that fast food

You're not really good at this trolling thing. I'm not goin to even post the numerous threads right here on The coli or Reddit during that Kings Disease/Magic era that expose your words as trolling.

But I will say this.....Nas core base has always been NYC and Hot 97 and Power 105 was playing Spicy heavy on the radio, so there's that. And don't even attempt to bring up radio not being a factor because it still is is my city.

I’m honestly starting to think something is wrong with u. So let me give u the difference. Nas was doing shyt that was the complete OPPOSITE of what the industry was doing. That’s number one. These Are Our Heroes was an album cut. It wasn’t a single. And it wasn’t used as a rollout. What the fukk are u even talking about? Number 2. Calling out Hip Hop for its bullshyt before it was the cool thing to do? Going up against Fox News n shyt like that before it was the cool thing to speak on? Nas was AHEAD of the curve nikka and it him playing off Marvin’s album cover was about HIS life. HIS divorce. HIS issues in which he’s allowed to speak on. Nas did what he felt was as right at the time. U comparing that to what Jim Jones is doing lets me know u nikkas have some deep rooted hate. I haven’t seen u post on this site in like forever but here u go popping out of the woodwork just to give some garbage ass takes.

"These are our heroes" was the main topic going into that album before its release. You can talk around that all you want. Then when the heat came back from it, he backed away, and didn't stand on business, in typical Nas fashion

And if you think Nas was ahead of the game when he criticized fox news and called hip-hop dead, then you are truly living under a rock. 😂

I popped in here mainly because the NBA finals and draft are days apart. Ain't no garbage takes over here. Y'all be into idol worship, then y'all get in your feelings when somebody with an ounce of intelligence simply just keeps it real about your heroes. Even if I'm not even saying anything bad about them.

And like I said earlier, if y'all weren't patrolling the net with your narratives about how Nas is supposedly relevant; the kid who sparked this whole debate would've never had a reason to say what he said in the first place.

What is going viral doing for Nas? Nas already rich and an undisputed goat. If Jim had Nas bread or even jungle bread he'd b chilling somewhere.

Jim has nothing going on if we keep it a buck. That's why he always chatting trying to get attention. He was just saying he wrote for cam or some as silly shyt a few months ago. His music not selling n never really did. He 50 still doing hole in the wall clubs for the low. What is this motion Jim speak of?

Nas needs no more attention, money or accolades. His jersey in the rafters getting clowned by a g league assistant water boy.

Nas is still Nas.

What is this crazed fanatic nonsense? 🤣 I'm not into that. In not even defending Jimmy.
