Plus once you hit 30, the goal should be to get rid of the excess weight, and get lean, flexible with cardio...

Believe me, you don't want to be an old man with all that weight to carry...

Get REAL strong, not weightlifting strong...

Totally random but it's incredibly humbling to realize how useless weightlifting is when you don't do other shyt. I remember doing brazilian jiu jitsu and getting annihilated by a dude half my size on the ground. Weightlifting has it's place but god forbid you meet someone that knows what they're doing i na fight, all that shyt goes out the window.

I'll let nikkas cook, it isn't even that big of a deal :mjlol: I know for a fact it was above 200 because I had nikkas who played sports lookin like :ehh: And I spent that entire year doing squats because my benching was pathetic as fukk..maybe I'm shorting myself on my own weight I honestly can't remember..last time I checked now I was alil over 150 so I just made a guess

But as of now I do a lot of cardio:yeshrug:

Edit: Just something else I remember, I used to SMOKE nikkas who did track back in high school and middle school. nikkaz seen me in college and wanted that run back
