Jim Jones goes off after a kid on Instagram compared him to Nas, and says: pull up Nas’ Billboard entries, then pull up mine you heard

Why Jim talkin’ like he’s 25 years younger than Nas or somethin’??

“Man, I was in 11th grade when live at the bbq came out!”

nikka, you old as hell. Just because you immature, don’t mean you’re Gen Z. U from Nas era too, bozo
this nikka is literally 3 years younger then NAS, one acts his age one doesn't.

Above the fray.
Considering that he started off as a hypeman/road manager, Jim should be proud of the career that he was able to carve out as a rapper.
He made his mark more in hip hop fashion though, as he had kids and grown men dressing just like him for a 2 year stretch.
And the classic radio interview when he called in to speak to Mase.
Goonie Goo Goo !!!

What’s his thing about Nas? them having the same last name is the parallel I can draw between them.

And on that tip, Jay-z mentioning Nas (positively) in a Jim Jones diss is the only time I’ve heard their names in the same sentence :jbhmm:

Why are people even entertaining what 1 dumb ass kid said for engagement. Because let's be for real.....the average 20 year old kid ain't really crazy about Jim Jones. Amongst legends, I dunno who gets publicly disrespected more between Pac and Nas. Sad really.

:mjlol:

Maybe my perception is off, but I view Jimmy as a local rapper who does well because NY is such a big market. No one is bumping him outside of that market. Being from NY can make a nygga believe he’s bigger than what he is musically, because of the platforms he has access to it.

There are plenty of older artists from the bay and Houston that get more views than Jimmy.

Gonna help Jimmy out here :lolbron:

Gold albums: Nas 3, Jim 0

Platinum plus albums: Nas 7, Jim 0

Billboard Hot 100 songs as lead artist: Nas 20, Jim 2

Billboard Hot 100 songs as a guest: Nas 12, Jim 0

:picard:

Bonus numbers KDI and KDII would both be Jim's highest charting albums, and produced more Billboard Hot 100 songs than Jim's entire career
What about in the past 10 years?
