Actually Jim's content has matured a lot. From The Kitchen to Wasted Talent, and then to El Capo he's been on a steady progress. He's not on a 4:44 level, but its still pretty good. He's not rapping about killing and screaming (Goonies) in the adlibs anymore, give El Capo a listen you might like it.

Jim has been better than Cam for a decade.

Not sure why that bothers people so much though, most rap careers aren't even 5 years long.

Styles has been better than Jada for at least 10.

Royce has been better than Eminem for at least 10.

Styles and Jada is still a debate right now. Jada had a bad period in the early 10s but he bounced back solid in the mid-late 10s

It's the Glass joint, I forgot I owned that. Just spun it again since it dropped, Harry laced it. Meyhem was alright, one joint he would be on point with the delivery then the next joint his flow would sound like he practicing his bars during school.
