I lost a ton of respect for Polian after some of the comments he's said over the years.

He was on a panel discussion on NFL live last month literally shaking while trying to defend his stance on Kaepernick . Everyone else had an open mind on why he hasn't got picked up by a team but him. Dallas Clark isnt a great TE, he was made great by Peyton. Yall seriously dont think he made his receivers better?

I remember just fine. Dwight/Mathis were kings at sacks and strip fumblers, but out corners were always trash and our linebackers below average. We had good safeties. We never had well rounded teams.

No need to lie to make your narrative sound better. Only person you can name on the O-Line without Google is Jeff Saturday. He had a couple of great WR's, but he was also out there with the Austin Collie's of the world too. That great tight end caught a grand total of 17 receptions for 281 yards during the first SB season. No matter how you slice it, Peyton took every coach he's ever played for (except salty Mora) to the SB. True his first run was terrible, but you said both. What about 68%, 6 TD's, 2 INT's, and 956 is worst than Trent Dilfer?

Peyton is great and all, but I'm not choosing him at all, if I had 1 game to win against top tier comp.

No he wasn't he second superbowl run he was great and beat the top 3 defenses
