Good interview. I too liked that JR chose to ask Austin other things outside of the usual; how he got into the business, who were some of his favorites while growing up et cetera.

The comments about Danial Bryan I thought were spot on. Hopefully the 'slow burn' as they call it, has the right ending that hasn't been so prolonged. As Austin commented, if you keep messing with that window, you can end up screwing with the most gainful opportunity.

While I have enjoyed Austin's matches against The Undertaker, I can understand the criticism that they may have received. The buildup at times overtook the actual match(es).

I found it interesting that a few years prior to Austin's "retirement" match, he had already talked to Vince about leaving. Yet due to Vince taking the company public, he decided to give him a couple of more years. Just one of the many reasons he is held in such high regard, I'm sure.

As a fan, I have never really wanted to see Austin vs Hogan. On paper, because of who they are it reads as being something special, but I just can't see Hogan taking a Lou Thesz press, or being positioned in a corner of the ring and getting stomped etc.

I'm glad that Austin has such high standards and wouldn't just do a match because it offers a nice payday.

Overall, I enjoyed the show and will be looking forward to more of The Ross Report.

Part 2 of Austin's interview with JR was great. His comments on Cena's character, I thought were spot on- the ship has sailed on him becoming a heel. He also talked about how the creative team got it right with The Shield but dropped the ball on others, naming Cesaro as being one who's current gimmick he doesn't believe suits him. Again he talked about taking the initiative and going to Vince if the direction of the character they have given one doesn't fit or basically end up being a Ringmaster. :hmm:

I enjoyed the interview that JR conducted with Trish. It was good to hear that the ladies from that era got along and respected each others gimmicks. Also much respect to her for maintaining the success she has had in the fitness industry and now being able to incorporate being a mother into the mix.

The latest episode featuring Mick Foley was nice. I really think that this is a good platform for JR to remain relevant. I enjoyed hearing his view on the upcoming WrestleMania card and thought his comments about some fans not being able to handle a long build to be amusing.

Foley's interview portion was cool. JR did kind of take over at times, but at the same time it was obvious that they are close, so it was more of a conversation with a good friend as oppose to a serious interview. I thought it was interesting that of all of the characters Mick has played in the 'E', he was most fond of being 'The Commissioner.'

I am looking forward to next week's show featuring Lita. I know that this week Jericho interviewed Lita on his podcast, and while its worth a listen, I really think that JR will be able to delve more into how Amy really felt about the various situations she was in.

One one of the last questions JR asks Lita what she thinks of the whole CM Punk situation and Lita answers like:birdman:I dont know.:birdman:

I could tell JR was lowkey :whoa::skip:changing the subject to how hard it is being on the road.

Im in my car listening to this whole thing like :ooh::lolbron:
I heard that :dead: her voice changed completely like Nikka umma beat yo ass if u ask me about that a$$hole he got off that topic real fast u can tell that shyt did not end well. She playin at that not watching the diva shyt when she's talked about AJ before. It's obvious he was fukking them both at the same time, she caught feelings and dipped out or he dropped her sounded like she wouldn't give him a glass of water if he was on fire :russ:
