Him and Jimmy has been out on and off this season. Its depressing. This why said it's hard to guage how good we are when we keep dealing with injuries and are opponents missing their star players. Anyway, as long as we stay above the 6th seed or higher we should be fine in entering the playoffs without dealing with the play-in.

I honestly think that the pressure from the contract expectations is getting to him.

Agreed. Adding some muscle would make him the big body we need to back up Bam or to just take the brunt and play the 5, while Bam gets more comfortable at the 4.
