In this episode we travel back to Jimmy Rosemond's upbringing as "Ace" and recap the trials and tribulations that prepared him to make a successful transition into the cutthroat business of entertainment. We look at his survival of a near death experience on the streets of Brooklyn to his first foray into the music industry. "How Can I Be Down", David Hyatt, Groove Theory and Salt-N-Pepa are all recalled. We speak to a number of personalities from his upbringing on the streets of Flatbush and Crown Heights to key industry executives who got to know Jimmy as he began to flourish in the business.
